Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what information Casper Screens of Northern California ("we," "us") collects through this website and when you contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it short and plain.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Quote request forms. When you request a quote, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of door or window, the number of openings, and any notes you want to add.
- Calls, texts and emails. If you phone, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you include in the message. If you give us your street address to schedule a measurement, we use it for that appointment.
We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through this website.
How our forms are processed
Our quote forms are delivered by email using a third-party service called FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). When you press submit, your browser sends the form contents to FormSubmit, which forwards them to our business email inbox. FormSubmit handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and quote requests
- To schedule your in-home measurement and installation
- To prepare quotes and provide the service you've asked for
- To handle follow-up questions and warranty requests
We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Hosting, fonts and maps
This website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may log standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Our home page and contact page also include an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect data and set cookies under Google's own privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising cookies or install analytics or tracking pixels on this site.
One page, our quote landing page at /lp, tests different versions of its headline. It uses your browser's local storage to remember which version you were shown and to note when the quote form is used, so you see the same version on a repeat visit. That information stays in your browser and isn't sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide the service, honor warranties, and keep ordinary business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
- Ask us to delete your personal information
- Ask us to correct information that's inaccurate
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we won't treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This website is meant for homeowners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. Keep in mind that no website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information through our forms.
